If you're a parent, raising a Gen Z kid is a different sport than the one you were raised on. The Parent Track is four private sessions that teach you the language, the patience, and the specific scripts to use with a child who texts more than they talk.

You don't have to be a client to add the Parent Track. And if your kid is doing the 1:1 Intensive, this is included at no cost.

Questions. Answered honestly.

If you want to ask one we haven't answered yet, the discovery call is the right place. There's no script for it.

01 Is this therapy?
No. Off Script is coaching, not therapy. We work on behaviors and skills, not diagnoses. If something deeper comes up that needs a clinician, we'll say so and help you find one.
02 I'm a parent. Can I work with you about my kid?
Yes. The Parent Track ($500 add-on) is designed for parents who want to support a Gen Z child in their life. You can also do the 1:1 Intensive yourself, where the Parent Track is included.
03 What if I'm older than 27?
Most of the work applies to anyone who grew up co-evolving with a smartphone. We just lead with Gen Z because that's where the missing-skill story is loudest. If the descriptions fit you, the program fits you.
04 How long until I see a difference?
Most students notice the first "huh, I just did that without thinking" moment by week three. The behaviors change before the identity does. That's by design.
05 What's the refund policy?
We are open and willing to honor refunds under special circumstances. We believe if the work is put in, the outcomes will be achieved — but we can't guarantee results. Refunds will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
06 Do you work with employers or teams?
Selectively. The Off Script for Teams program runs a few times a year for companies who want to invest in their Gen Z hires. Email info@go-offscript.com.
07 What if I can't afford this?
Start with the Free Guide. It's the actual first chapter of the work. Two scholarship seats are also available in each cohort.
08 Why should I trust you with this?
We are a growing team of educators and communications specialists. We have a deep bench of coaches who are Gen Z adjacent enough to listen and experienced enough to call BS, and nobody else is talking about this without selling you a screen-time app. Read the About page and decide for yourself.
